We are a Pilbara based family business in Western Australia who have lived and worked in the Pilbara region for over 15 years. Whilst seeing the town of Karratha develop into the vibrant hub it is today, we have had the pleasure of meeting many people from all walks of life. With Karratha and the greater Pilbara region being well known throughout Australia for career opportunities, many will embark on relocating to the region to create a better and brighter future for themselves and their families.

We often come across people with years of experience in a variety of industries, however come to learn that they don't always have the qualifications to support their knowledge and experience, and this is what has inspired the creation of Mac Momentum RPL.

We are here to assist individuals acquire Australian Accredited Qualifications for those seeking employment or looking to further pursue career opportunities, in conjunction with assisting employers with employee satisfaction, company morale and creating a skilled, versatile, and diverse workforce through the process of RPL.

Mac Momentum RPL works with a range of Third-Party education providers across Australia, each with a strong track record of delivering current qualifications in collaboration with Migration Agents. Recognition Prior Learning (RPL) is an assessment pathway you can utilise to recognise the skills and knowledge gained through work experience, life experience, training courses and work-based training. This is assessed against the evidence requirements of one or more units of competency.

THE PROCESS

Obtaining an Australian Accredited Qualification through Mac Momentum RPL is a simple process. Here we list the steps below on how easy we make it to help you gain qualifications in your industry through Recognition of Prior Learning.

ASSESS, your eligibility

At Mac Momentum we begin by providing a Free RPL Skills Assessment to determine your eligibility for Recognition of Prior Learning. We do this by assessing your CV / Resume, qualifications, experience, skills, and knowledge against the course criteria.

BRING, your evidence

After we identify what qualifications you are eligible for, it is time to get started. You will receive a three-step document to start the process and a 50% deposit of the course fee is required to be paid on enrolment. We will work with you to gather your supporting evidence to make the process easier.

CHECK, your assessments

We will take care of the hard work and will organise and compile your evidence so that it is aligned with the units of the qualifications you are after. This helps you to successfully achieve your qualifications from one of our RTO partners.

DISTRIBUTE, your qualification

Once the skills recognition & RPL process is completed, providing you meet the requirements of each unit, the remainder of the course fee is payable, and on receipt of payment you are then issued with an Australian Accredited Qualification from one of our RTO's.
